Card Processing & Payments

1.Description
NVNT Learning & Development is a business in the learning & development industry that provides online courses in growth and develpment.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-7 working days and courses will be made available online and confirmed by way of email. Courses are accesable via a student portal. The courses does not include any physical material or elements therefor no
delivery services via postal or courier services are applicable

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of courses and services by NVNT Learning & Development is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, NVNT Learning & Development will refund the client in full within 30 days.

If you cancel the course booking within 14 calendar days of receiving your order confirmation and before the start of the course you are entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program NVNT Learning & Development reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.

Each course is listed with an outline as an overview, should you require more information with regards to a course before you make a purchase kindly contact us for more information.

5. Customer Privacy policy
NVNT Learning & Development shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for NVNT Learning & Development via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details
Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by NVNT Learning & Development separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility
NVNT Learning & Development takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and NVNT Learning & Development chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

12. Variation
NVNT Learning & Development may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
