Leading change

Leading change is one of the three categories of Principle-based leadership® development journeys.Effectively leading change in the context of the work organisation
requires various principles of foresight, awareness and creativity. We are
exposed to never-ending and increasingly rapid change in the world. New
challenges to adapt or else slide behind face us on a daily basis. At the heart
of effective change is the good reading of the changing environment, the
visionary ability of the leader for appropriate change and the leader’s
effective communication of the rationale for change. Leading change is about
the application of systems thinking in leading change, combining awareness and
insight with pro-active envisioning, integrative thinking and creative solution
development.
