Objective
Principle-based leadership® teaches inside-out leadership. It
entails personal and leadership development and generally enlightens and empowers
people for the workplace. Often much more so than volume-based training
curriculums or extensive business school teaching.
How we regard ourselves, positively or negatively, leads to how we
conduct ourselves. Positive self-regard is an element to our resilience as well
as the ability to achieve. The course will help you to grow a positive
self-regard as it is linked to your passion and character. It relates to a
person’s self-talk and the life experiences behind it.
