Principle-based Leadership® – Organisational awareness

 

Objective

 

Principle-based leadership® teaches inside-out leadership. It
entails personal and leadership development and generally enlightens and empowers
people for the workplace. Often much more so than volume-based training
curriculums or extensive business school teaching.

High levels of awareness of organisational dynamics are needed for
leaders and managers to do their work effectively. It includes both the
external/visible and internal/invisible dynamics. Leaders and managers need to know
what to look for and how to make sense of structures as well as cultural
aspects which is what the course teaches.
